Description: A contemporary cast band ring composed of a silver-copper alloy, with at least 50% silver content.
The exterior of the band features a continuous wrap-around relief design depicting various figures and symbols in a primitive or folk-art style. The casting exhibits a rugged, artisanal texture with a natural aged golden-bronze patina over the base alloy. The interior of the shank is smooth but shows some casting pits and irregular surfaces consistent with sand-casting. The band has a slightly concave profile and uneven edges, adding to its handmade character. Significant surface wear and oxidation are present, particularly in the recessed areas of the relief. A unique piece of ethnographic or artisan-style jewelry.
