This is a Quite Large Natural Oregon Opal Pendant in Sterling Silver! This Oregon Opal Pendant measures 1.4" in length x .9" at its widest point x .4" in width.

Oregon Opal is found in a remote site in Oregon, where it was accidentally discovered by a shepherd over 100 years ago. It was originally marketed by Tiffany's and was avidly sought at the turn of the last century.

Metaphysically, Oregon Opal shares some traits with other Opals. Like them it is capable of facilitating an amplified emotional state, which can aid in clearing the emotional body in the auric field. Unlike more common Opal, however, Oregon Opal chiefly amplifies the positive emotional states (i.e. emphasizing the joy of releasing a past trauma rather than the pain of reliving it).
